Objetivo general
El objetivo general del Curso en Odontología Restauradora Estética es que el alumno del mismo tenga la capacidad para incorporar un protocolo de exploración global de la boca, identificando el problema principal del paciente y motivo de consulta y sus posibles causas, teniendo en cuenta la salud general del paciente para poder analizar el riesgo y el pronostico de la boca y poder establecer un diagnóstico integral. Y basándose en ese diagnóstico planificar un tratamiento y mantenimiento fiable predecible y estable en el tiempo.
General objectives
It is the purpose of this course to provide a systematic approach to diagnosis and treatment planning the complex interdisciplinary dental patient with a common language that may be used by the orthodontist, periodontist, and oral and maxillofacial surgeon, as well as the restorative dentist. The four Global Diag- noses which dictate all interdisciplinary treatment planning will be defined. A set of questions will then be presented which will aid the interdisciplinary team in the diagnosis and treatment planning of the complex dental patient.
